Edit GST Settings

If your business has a registered GST Number, you can create GST invoices for your customers. Your GST invoice must contain your GST number and address, follow the steps below to print proper GST invoices against your orders.

  1. Go to your Hankly Dashboard and Go to Payments → Billing/Tax
  2. Enter PAN number, this is an optional field.
  3. In GST details, enter your valid GST number. This number will be printed on your invoices.
  4. Enter a default GST% for your business. For example, if majority of your products require 18% GST enter 18. (Do not append % sign)
  5. Enter the GST Billing Name to be printed on invoices.
  6. Enter GST Billing Address, Do not forget to include name of the city and pincode.
  7. Select your GST Billing State.
  8. If you want to customize your invoices number add a Invoice Number Prefix. For example, if your business name is "Prayatna"...you can use PRYT. Your generated invoice numbers will be PRYT00001, PRYT00002 and so on.
  9. Click "Save".

Edit Physical Store Settings

  1. Go to your Hankly Dashboard and Click the settings icon next to your name on top of the menu and click Physical Store Settings
  2. Select the days your store is not open.
  3. Enter the timings of your physical store/shop.

    Enter the time in 24 hours format. e.g. For 11:00AM enter 11:00, For 08:00PM enter 20:00

  4. Turn on the "Disable 24 Hrs Ordering" by clicking the switch to enable online ordering only when your physical store is open.

    This option is helpful if you're a restaurant or dhaba.

  5. Turn on the "Enable Store Pickup" by clicking the switch to allow your customers to pick orders from your store

    You'll have to add pickup locations to enable this option. Add pickup locations by going to this page

  6. Turn on the "Disable Delivery at Home" by clicking the switch. You'll have to turn on the Enable Store Pickup option to serve your customers.
  7. Turn on the "Store Offline for Orders" by clicking the switch. Your customers will not be able to place orders until this is turned off.
  8. Click "Save".

Change E-Mail

  1. Go to your Hankly Dashboard and Click the settings icon next to your name on top of the menu and click Account Settings
  2. Click "Edit" next to your email.
  3. Enter your new email in the textbox
  4. Click "Change E-Mail"
  5. You'll get an access code on your current email and an activation code on your new email

  6. Enter the access code received on your current email
  7. Enter the activation code received on your new email
  8. Click "Change E-Mail". If you've entered correct credentials, your email will be updated successfully.

Change Mobile Number

  1. Go to your Hankly Dashboard and Click the settings icon next to your name on top of the menu and click Account Settings
  2. Click "Edit" next to your mobile number.
  3. Enter your new mobile number in the textbox
  4. Click "Change Mobile"
  5. You'll get an access OTP on your current mobile number and an activation OTP on your new mobile number

  6. Enter the access OTP received on your current mobile
  7. Enter the activation OTP received on your new mobile
  8. Click "Change Mobile". If you've entered correct credentials, your mobile will be updated successfully.

Change Password

  1. Go to your Hankly Dashboard and Click the settings icon next to your name on top of the menu and click Account Settings
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password in the 1st textbox of New Password
  4. Re-Enter your new password in the 2nd textbox of New Password
  5. Click "Save".
